Green Power 

Renewable Resource Service 

Central New Mexico Electric Cooperative, Inc., is providing our members the option of participating in our renewable energy program by purchasing green power.  Although most of the renewable energy we provide is derived from wind energy, green power is available through other technologies.  All our green power is from Wind, Solar Electric, Geothermal, Small Hydroelectric and Biomass Resources. 

You may buy green power at an additional fee to support the development of renewable energy resources and is available at $.004/kwh in addition to the General Service Rate and must be purchased in increments of 100 kWh blocks and will stay in effect unless notified by the member through a revised Application reducing or increasing the amounts to be purchased.
